I can honestly say that in a time when everything is becoming more computerized and impersonal, the service at Franklin Insurance is unmatched. In the middle of a frantic panic, they were able to assist me in making a claim and replacing a computer all during finals. This situation could have been extremely bad, but instead because of the personal assistance of Karen, we were able to remedy everything without a hitch. I have never been so thankful!
