I rarely have need for customer service from my insurance company.  However, over the last 2 months, I bought a new home.  The people at Franklin Insurance made that part of a tedious process simple!  And anytime I called, no matter who was able to help me, all were friendly, and gave me the direction I needed to quickly insure my new home to secure the mortgage.  On top of that, I got follow up communication to assist me with changes of address.  I remain a satisfied customer!
