We wanted to find a way to be there for our clients even when the office was not physically open, which is why we made the decision to add Artizan’s CSR24 to expand our service offerings. After seeing prospective clients choose other agencies because of the 24/7 access they offered, we knew it was important to enhance our online service options not only for client retention, but new sales as well.

Personal lines love the on-demand service and we no longer have to print and send them their policy documents.” By working with Artizan, we have created an agency-branded client portal that is seamlessly connected to our Virtual Insurance Office.
To get clients signed-up for the self-service tools, Artizan’s customer support team assisted in designing a mass email promotion to our client base announcing the new service. Only 45 days after implementing the portal, over 160 of our loyal clients registered to access their insurance information within the portal!
We are now able to compete with larger agencies and have gained higher-revenue clients. In addition to the increased sales, our team hopes to see significant efficiency gains as these self-service transactions, certificates of insurance, auto IDs, etc., will eliminate the need for the staff to process these requests.
